Are you interested in increasing your fluid intake levels?

Individuals 18 years old and older who had a symptomatic kidney stone in the past five years may be eligible to participate in a digital research study at Penn State sponsored by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases at the National Institutes of Health.

The goal of this study is to clarify the fundamental processes underlying behavior change, maintenance and adherence during and after a three-month sipIT intervention period. Individuals will be asked to use a smart water bottle and companion app and receive text messages with a reminder to drink if it is determined that recommended fluid guidelines are not being met.
