New, interactive vending machines are available in Harrisburg and Reading. These smart vending machines can connect you to community services and resources and provide you with FREE health, wellness and personal care items.

Available for anyone, any time, free of charge.

How much do these items cost?

These items are completely free!

How does this machine work?

When you walk up to the machine, the touchscreen on the front will display all the items available in the machine. You will need to create an anonymous username to obtain items and access all of the resources.

What if I need help finding a place for my family and I to stay, or finding food or treatment for addiction?

Select “Find Services” on the touchscreen on the front of the vending machine. It will help you find local resources in the area.

Will I have to give any personal information to get any of the items from the machine?

You will need to create an anonymous username and answer basic questions about yourself (nothing that will give away your identity). But you can always skip the questions if you don’t want to answer them.

What makes this vending machine smart and interactive?

The vending machine can track the supplies and let us know when supplies need to be restocked. It can also connect people to care and services and ask questions to help us make this vending machine more useful to the community.
